Transform Your ADHD Teenager’s Focus, Motivation and Confidence in Just 3 Months
Elevate teaches teenagers how to get started, organise their work, follow a realistic plan and study in a way they can remember—with live coaching and accountability to help them keep going.
For ADHD and neurodiverse secondary-school students · No formal diagnosis required
Your teenager may be working much harder than anyone can see.
Many capable ADHD and neurodiverse teenagers have lost confidence because they repeatedly struggle to start homework or study, organise themselves, learn effectively and produce results that reflect their ability.
When enormous effort keeps producing frustration instead of progress, the struggle becomes personal. “I find this difficult” slowly turns into “I’m not smart enough.”
“It felt like there was a wall between me and what I had to learn.”
— Abby, former ELEVATE student
Starting homework and study
“I know what I need to do. I just can’t make myself begin.”
Organising
Everything feels equally urgent, overwhelming or impossible to break down.
Learning
They spend hours looking at material without knowing how to turn it into understanding.
Remembering and exams
They work hard, then struggle to retrieve what they learned when the pressure is on.
The answer is not more pressure. It is a different way to start, organise, study, remember and recover when things go wrong.
But will my teenager actually engage?
It is a completely fair question. Your teenager may already feel overwhelmed, discouraged or resistant to anything that sounds like more school.
ELEVATE is designed with that teenager in mind.
The sessions are deliberately low-pressure, practical and easy to enter. Teenagers are not expected to arrive motivated, talk about their diagnosis or suddenly become a different person.
- Short, energetic and practical sessions
- No long lectures or awkward spotlight
- Cameras can remain off
- Students can listen and use the chat
- No need to disclose or embrace a diagnosis
- One small, achievable action at a time
- Replays when a live session is missed
- A supportive way to restart after motivation disappears
Your teenager does not need to believe in the entire programme on day one. They only need to try one strategy and experience one small win.
Engagement doesn’t always begin with motivation. It often begins when a teenager discovers: “Maybe I’m not the problem. Maybe I just needed a different way.”
From stuck and scattered to knowing what to do next.
Elevate does not expect motivation to magically appear. Teenagers learn a method, use it with support and begin to see evidence that they can make progress.
Confidence is not the lesson. It is the result of starting, following through and seeing the work move.
Progress changes how they see themselves.Accelerated learning means learning how to learn.
ELEVATE gives teenagers a clear, repeatable method to get started, organise the work, learn it properly, remember it and keep going. These are skills they can use across every subject.

“I KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT”
Methods matter. Support makes them usable.
Elevate combines accelerated learning, executive-function support and energetic live coaching. Teenagers do not simply watch more videos—they plan, practise, take action and return for accountability.
Motivational Coaching
An honest outside voice who understands the struggle, gets them moving and helps small wins matter.
ADHD-Friendly Study Systems
Study Sprints, WHIZGRIDZ™, active recall and Make It Stick methods that give students a clear way to learn.
Executive-Function Support
Help with starting, prioritising, planning, organising and following through across the school week.
Interactive Learning
Students plan, practise, reflect and take action during short, engaging sessions—not long lectures.
Weekly Accountability
Frequent check-ins that turn intention into action and make progress visible.
Parent Coaching & Support
Simple scripts and structures that help you step back without removing the support they still need.
From “I can’t do this” to “I know what to do.”
Elevate does not try to teach confidence as a separate subject. It teaches teenagers how to learn and supports them to put those methods into action. Confidence, focus and motivation grow when progress becomes visible.
Better methods + support → small wins → visible progress → greater confidence, focus and motivation.
- Starts homework and study with less prompting
- Makes realistic plans
- Organises schoolwork more clearly
- Learns in a way they can remember
- Manages overwhelm and setbacks
- Prepares for tests and exams
- Keeps going when motivation dips
- Takes greater ownership
The most important skill for the future is knowing how to learn.
Information is now instantly available. The advantage is knowing how to begin a homework or study session, make sense of information, remember it and put it into action.
ELEVATE does more than help teenagers through tonight’s homework. It gives them learning and self-management skills they can carry into exams, college and the world beyond.
Start Homework and Study
Use a clear first step and a 30-Minute Study Sprint™ instead of waiting for motivation.
Learn Effectively
Use active recall, WHIZGRIDZ™ and practical methods that help the learning stick.
Build Confidence
Create evidence of progress through small wins and consistent follow-through.
Grinds teach more content. ELEVATE teaches teenagers how to learn.
If a teenager does not understand algebra, a maths grind may be exactly what they need. But if they cannot get started, organise themselves, follow a plan, remember what they study or keep going, more subject content does not solve the real problem.
Teach the subject.
Designed to close a knowledge gap in one particular subject.
- More explanation and subject content
- Often centred on watching and listening
- Usually focused on one subject
- The student must manage starting, planning and follow-through alone
Teach the student how to learn.
An interactive virtual programme that builds transferable skills across every subject.
- Short, energetic live coaching
- Students plan, practise and take action
- ADHD-friendly systems they can repeat
- Weekly support and accountability to keep going
Watching a workout doesn’t make you fitter.
A personal trainer gives you a programme—and then helps you show up and do the work. ELEVATE does the same for learning: the Study Sprint System™ provides the method; interactive live coaching helps your teenager use it.
Grinds teach the subject. ELEVATE coaches the student.
Confidence is not something we teach. It is what begins to grow when a teenager has a better method, takes action and sees progress.— Ray Langan
Confidence is built through action—not another lecture.
A simple weekly rhythm helps students get motivated, stay on track and restart after setbacks. Cameras can remain off, students can use the chat and every session ends with one clear action.
Monday Motivation
Mindset, planning, executive function, routines and smarter study—delivered with energy at the start of the week.
JFDI Friday
A short accountability reset to celebrate wins, solve problems and take the next step.
Parent Power Talks
Simple scripts, boundaries and strategies that reduce conflict without taking over.
From stuck and dependent to capable and increasingly independent.
The aim is not overnight perfection. It is a teenager who has a method, knows the next step and can take more responsibility—so you can gradually step back.

This is about more than the next test.
Abby and Alex had different challenges and different outcomes. Both needed more than subject content: they needed a practical way to start, learn, remember and keep going.
The problem was never her ability.
“It felt like there was a wall between me and what I had to learn.”
— Abby, former ELEVATE student
Abby struggled to accept her ADHD diagnosis and experienced school avoidance, panic and exam anxiety. She was working hard without retaining enough information and was left feeling that she was not smart enough or good enough. Through Study Sprints, WHIZGRIDZ™, active learning and coaching, Abby found a different way to learn, completed her Leaving Cert successfully and is now beginning her journey towards becoming a nurse.
Far behind. Failing five subjects. Now thriving in college.
Alex faced ADHD/ADD, autism and anxiety. In fifth year, he failed five of seven subjects. Grinds alone were not addressing the underlying problem: he needed systems for starting, organising, learning and following through.
After learning and applying the ELEVATE systems, Alex achieved close to 480 Leaving Cert points and progressed to study history at Trinity College. His mother, Karen, recently reported that he continues to use the tools Ray taught him and is flying in college.
Every student is different. Abby and Alex’s stories illustrate what is possible; ELEVATE does not guarantee particular grades, points or college outcomes.

Hi, I’m Ray.
I’ve spent more than 15 years helping teenagers start homework and study, learn in a way they can remember and rebuild confidence in themselves. Teenagers engage because I speak to them honestly, make the sessions enjoyable and give them a clear action they can use straight away.
I’m not their teacher, parent or subject tutor. I’m the outside voice who understands the barriers, helps them make a realistic plan and challenges them to take the next step.
